A top-five running back in the NFL, Le'Veon Bell is facing his second suspension in as many years — this time stemming from a missed drug test, which equates to a failed drug test.
Le'Veon Bell denied missing drug test when asked last month: "I haven't missed any drug tests, failed any drug tests," Bell said in June

If Bell is facing a suspension, it would mean he missed multiple tests during offseason. He denied that at minicamp #Steelers

But now that the standout back has been reportedly suspended for four games, Bell's tweet from 4/20 has taken a life of its own:
Bell was suspended for the first two games of the 2015 season for a violation of the policy on substances of abuse after he was arrested for marijuana possession and DUI in the summer of 2014. Bell played in just six games last season, rushing for 2,777 yards and 19 touchdowns. His appeal is expected to be heard before the season begins.
