LaVar Ball has been surprisingly quiet over the summer, but it looks like he's ready to make waves again as he plans on homeschooling his last son LaMelo Ball according to the Los Angeles Times. LaMelo is already committed to UCLA so keeping him off the court may not hurt that.
Part of the reason LaMelo is getting pulled from Chino Hills High School in California might be because of the new basketball coach according to ESPN reporter Jeff Goodman:
When I spoke to Lavar a month ago, it was easy to see this coming. He was already frustrated with new coach Dennis Latimore. https://t.co/agWWJNEq8U

Latimore is the third coach in three years for the high school so it's easy to see why LaVar might be upset about consistency with his son's basketball education. He probably also figures he's going to be the best teacher for his son anyway.
