Miami Dolphins running back Lamar Miller produced the longest play from scrimmage in an NFL game this season with this 97-yard touchdown run against the Jets.
It's a simple inside handoff out of the shotgun that I'm sure the Dolphins were just hoping to create a little breathing room. It did much more than that as Miller made a nice cut and then outran a bad angle taken by the Jets' secondary before turning on the burners to the endzone.
This is pretty much a microcosm of the Jets' season. Even when they get in a good position — pinning the offense at the three — they just can't make anything positive happen and give up a huge play.
