
Florida State suffered its first loss in 29 games. Oregon ran the Noles out of the building with a 59-20 loss in the Rose Bowl. With the win, the Ducks advance to the national championship. At the end of the telecast, ESPN broadcaster Kirk Herbstreit ripped the Seminoles who chose not to shake the hands of Ducks players. Take a listen below:
Herbstreit is right, it doesn't take much to shake the hands of your opponent. It's poor sportsmanship, but ESPN also needs to call out the Oregon players who turned FSU's Warchant into a "no means no" chant. That's truly distasteful.
Let's see if ESPN calls those players out.
