It looks like there is only one team at the top for four-star linebacker King Mwikuta.
Mwikuta (6-foot-4, 232 pounds, Lagrange, Ga.) stated in an interview with Chad Simmons of Rivals that Alabama was his No. 1 team, with Georgia right behind them. Florida State, Miami, and Auburn were three other teams listed in contention for the four-star.
From Rivals:
"It is very close between Alabama and Georgia right now at the top. It is Alabama first, then Georgia right behind them. Auburn, Florida State and Miami are together in that next group."
Mwikuta is a Class of 2019 recruit, so he will have plenty of time to mull over a potential decision. Right now, though, it looks like these five teams have made a clear impression on the young linebacker, with Alabama and Georgia getting the best odds so far.
Mwikuta is ranked as a four-star by the 247Sports Composite, which also has him as the No. 5 outside linebacker in the country.
