
According to the Big Lead, Heather Cox is expected to leave ESPN after more than 20 years with the company. Per the report, the deal is not finalized, but it's "heading that way."

Cox, a familiar face on the sidelines, will reportedly join Mike Tirico in his bounce from ESPN to NBC's Thursday Night Football team.
No other information is available, according to the report, on Cox's other job responsibilities.
Cox joins the list of big names leaving the company, such as Cris Carter, Ray Lewis, Joe Schad, Trent Dilfer, Mike Tirico and Skip Bayless.
