"It's always been a dream of mine to play College Football. I want to thank each and every school and coach for believing in me and presenting me with so many opportunities. After 2 years of walking through the recruiting process, lots of prayers , and talking with family and friends, I would like to announce my commitment to Oklahoma State University!!!"

Boomer is the No. 1 player at his position.

The 6'5", 230-pound tight end had offers from other top-tier programs, such as Michigan, Ohio State, LSU, Notre Dame and others.

Boomer's commitment comes without a documented visit, while he took three visits to Oklahoma and attended a camp in 2016, per 247sports.
