For the second year in a row Alabama will be looking to a transfer wide receiver to be a key part of the Tide offense. Last year it was Richard Mullaney who transferred in from Oregon State and played a big part in the Tide offense. With Mullaney gone, this year's transfer looking to make a difference is Gehrig Dieter. Dieter is a transfer from Bowling Green out of the MAC conference who is hoping to contribute right away.
Last season with Bowling Green Dieter was a top contributor and even had a 100-yard game against Tennessee. Check out a quick interview with Dieter below on his early experiences playing with the Tide.
