Four-star outside linebacker Channing Tindall has officially whittles his list of top schools down to only four. Last month he set three official visits to all but one of his top school choices. He has official visits set for Georgia, Florida and Florida State while he has yet to set one for South Carolina as of now.
He told Scout those were his top four schools and that they are all on equal footing right now. He also told Scout what he liked specifically about each school as far as coaches and environment go. The 6-foot-2, 213-pound linebacker out of Columbia, S.C. also has offers from Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, LSU, Tennessee and Notre Dame among others.
He is ranked as the No. 5 OLB in the class of 2018 and No. 2 recruit in the state according to the 247Sports composite. He's also taken unofficial visits to all four contenders in his recruitment and he said he is planning on committing in mid-September.
