Dillard was reportedly down to North Carolina and Arizona in his transfer and it seems like he's picked one. He confirmed to Inside Carolina that he will be headed to Chapel Hill for the 2017 season to play for the Tar Heels. The 6'4", nearly 300-pound center should be able to step right in and start as UNC graduated its center in Lucas Crowley.
