This comes as kind of a shock, as it was previously reported Parker Jr. may not make his decision until November. Instead, Parker Jr. committed to the Missouri Tigers in mid-July.
Parker Jr. had previously committed to the Tigers, but after decommitting from the school, he ultimately decided to re-commit to Barry Odom's team.
Missouri, and Odom specifically, have done a great job in previous years developing defensive line and edge talent, so Parker Jr. staying in-state and continuing his football career at Missouri is a good idea.
Just 12 days ago, Parker Jr. revealed his top six which included: Minnesota, Iowa State, Kentucky, Central Florida, Iowa and Missouri.
