When Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos took over with just over two minutes remaining in the contest and down seven, it appeared unlikely for the road team to come away with the win. They'd struggled to move the ball effectively against a tough Kansas City Chiefs defense.
In less than 10 seconds, everything changed.
Manning and the Broncos drove the field, and scored, giving the ball back to to the Chiefs with 36 seconds remaining. Appearing determined to send the game into overtime, the Chiefs gave the ball to Jamaal Charles, who lost his second fumble of the night and gave the game to the Broncos, 31-24 with 27 seconds left in the contest.
