However, the redshirt junior is still expected to play during Saturday's game against Kansas State, according to Chris Williams of Cyclones Fanatic.
Sources close to the situation on Brian Peavy incident: Still in good standing with team and is expected to fully participate on Saturday vs. Kansas State. Iām told the vandalism charge is not severe enough to trigger a suspension in student code of conduct.

Peavy was reportedly held in Story County Jail before posting bail, according to the report.
Police responded to a call in the evening on Thanksgiving and found the redshirt junior vandalizing a skate park in Ames, Iowa. Authorities found Peavy and another man spray-painting underneath a nearby bridge after arriving. Both men ran away after being approached by the police, which resulted in Peavy getting caught and the other person escaping, according to the report.
The cornerback ranks third among Iowa State players with 75 tackles and has also recorded two interceptions and one forced fumble.
Peavy is one of six captains for the Cyclones and has started in all 11 games this season, following two consecutive seasons in which he was named an Honorable Mention All-Big 12 selection.
Iowa State will play at Kansas State for its final game of the regular season on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. EST.
