It's no surprise that Terrace Marshall, the No. 2 prospect in the state of Louisiana as per 247Sport,. has a number of college options.
What is a little surprising — three teams from the Lone Star state have entered the picture, in a big way.
247Sports (insider access required) reports that while Marshall will take a visit to his home-state LSU Tigers this weekend, Texas A&M, Texas and TCU have entered the picture in a big way.
"I'm pretty much leaning on both my parents and my coaches for advice on my recruitment," he said. "My mom likes A&M the most but at the end of the day she tells me it's my decision. She' going to support me wherever I go."

What ever team ends up with Marshall is getting an outstanding prospect. The 6'4, 190 pounder is the No. 3 wide receiver prospect in the country. And while 247 lists LSU as the favorite, with an 89% chance of landing the 2018 recruit, you can never underestimate the influence of mom.
