Williams picked Clemson over Virginia, Virginia Tech, Tennessee, and Ohio State.
Despite only 12 commitments, Clemson currently has one of the top recruiting classes in the nation. Their class is bolstered by wide receiver Tee Higgins and quarterback Hunter Johnson, both five-star recruits according to the 247Sports Composite. Overall, the Tigers rank 10th in the nation and second in the ACC for the 2017 recruiting cycle.
