Despite all odds, I’m still finding New Girl perfectly quirky and adorable after all this time. I thought that might wear off eventually, but other than a few missteps (Elvis funeral) the show has been consistently on point since its inception. I’ve already highlighted my favorite character on the show, Schmidt, in a past post, and so I’m turning to my next favorite, Jess herself. I’m tired of all this “women can’t be funny” bull we’ve been hearing lately, as it’s simply not the case. Deschanel is hilarious as Jess, and I have the GIF gallery to prove it.
