
Seconds after North Carolina defeated Clemson 89-86 in overtime, Clemson coach Brad Brownell confronted North Carolina coach Roy Williams while players were shaking hands.

It's unclear what made Brownell upset, though ESPN's Jeff Goodman reported it had something to do with UNC's Kennedy Meeks.

Brownell declined to comment on the situation after the game, but Williams offered this:
"It was something between Brad and myself. I took care of it," Williams said. For what it's worth, the announcers on the broadcast said Williams apologized, but no one knows what for.
The Tigers and Tar Heels won't meet again during the regular season.
