Deshaun Watson is already facing through-the-roof expectations as the new face of the Houston Texans offense. Before he even has the starting quarterback job, though, Watson's profile could be rising even faster on the heels of a big-time endorsement from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Brady was clear in praising Watson after the two signal-callers met for the first time and, in response, Watson said the following about Brady (via the Boston Herald):
"It's always good to be able to learn and watch Tom Brady, one of the best ever, and see how he works.
"He gave me a little tip here and there about this league and this (offensive) system and coach (O'Brien). It was a good talk."
It isn't every day that Watson (or any rookie quarterback) could receive even a brief advice session from arguably the best quarterback of all-time and that is extremely valuable. Watson also referred to the exchange as being a "blessing to be in his presence" and Texans fans can't be too upset with their prized prospect learning under Brady.
There is still a (very) long way before Watson becomes even a quality starting quarterback in the NFL but, if Tom Brady's endorsement is any indication, the future of the former Clemson standout is quite encouraging.
