Four-star outside linebacker VanDarius Cowan has been having some fun in his recruitment. After flipping from Florida State to Alabama, the No. 4 OLB in the country did some teasing by saying he would take a visit to Georgia —- Alabama's biggest recruiting rival right now —- but it seems he's gotten some sense knocked into him as he tweeted this out to his followers:

Looks like the Crimson Tide can count on one more recruit for sure and no more waffling from him to scare them going forward. The tweet very much sounds like Nick Saban got to him and told him to "stop with this nonsense, young man" just like that in the Regions Bank commercial.
