Normally, when two teams are involved in a rivalry they want to win the trophy that's involved. Well, UCF was not terribly excited about winning the "Civil Conflict" because they weren't ever interested in a rivalry with UConn. The Huskies pretty much sprang it on the Knights last year in a tweet that said there were "just 130 days until the next Civil Conflict" with @UCF_Football!"

Maybe UConn will consider actually asking the other school or giving the other school a reason to make it a rivalry next time it goes around creating fake rivalries. This is one reason why no one cares about the football played in the AAC.
