Four-star pro-style quarterback Ty Evans is not one of the more highly coveted recruits in the class of 2019 as of yet. He only has five offers and he's decided to commit to the school that was the biggest offer he's received so far. He took to Twitter to make the announcement:

Here's an excerpt from his lengthy Twitter message:
"I am honored and more than blessed to say that I have decided to continue my academic and football career at the University of Arkansas! I want to thank everybody who has helped me get here, including the coaching staff at Palmer Ridge, my teammates, Jenkins Elite Staff, Mike Bolio, Justin Hoover and more then anybody my family."
The 6'2", 167-pound gunslinger from Colorado is ranked as a four-star QB through Scout and had offers from Northwestern, Colorado, Colorado State and Kansas State.
