With the Bulls vs Lakers debate raging on Bleacher Report found the right way to settle it. Since we can't bring back the all-time greats for each team considering some are considerably past their primes, we look to a video game. NBA 2K15 put us through a simulation that saw the Lakers eventually win 124-115. Not the 50 point difference that Shaq predicted, but still a Laker win.
How realistic is this simulation though? There was no Hack-a-Shaq and Kobe was wearing 8! He didn't become the "Black Mamba" until he put on the 24. And did neither of these teams play with any sort of bench because Steve Kerr would have definitely been calling the game and playing in it at the same —- like a Back to the Future kind of deal.
Either way, Shaq ends up being right because the Big Aristotle always knows best.
