Well this was abrupt.
Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley announced on Wednesday that former four-star quarterback Chris Robinson had been dismissed from the program for a violation of team rules.

Robinson, a 2017 recruit who enrolled early, had been in trouble before, as he was arrested back in April for public intoxication. According to College Football Talk, Robinson had not been on campus during the summer, but it is unclear if that is why he is now being dismissed.
Robinson was a four-star recruit of the 2017 class, and he was ranked as a Top 150 overall recruit. He originally chose Oklahoma over schools like TCU and Texas.
