Odell Beckham Jr. had an incredible rookie season for the New York Giants, but it will mostly be remembered for his remarkable one-handed catch on primetime.
Beckham Jr. discussed his season for ESPN's Body Issue, via NFL.com:
"It's unfortunate, in a way, to be known only for 'the catch,'" Beckham said. "There were so many other things I did during the season; it's hard for me to distinguish myself because of that catch. I know that I'm more than that. But at least people know you, you know what I mean?"
Looking at his entire body of work, it's hard to ignore the incredible reception, but he truly had quite the first year. He played the season on two torn hamstrings, and recorded 91 receptions, 1,305 yards, 12 touchdowns in just 12 games. If he can stay healthy, he should be in line for another big season.
