OBJ Surprises LSU Players with Special Gift Before Title Game

The LSU Tigers are one win away from history. All that's left is 60 more minutes to complete their destiny and join other legendary teams in NCAA college football lore. There's no doubt they are ready, but a famous alumni made sure they roll into the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in style.

There's no doubt they are ready, but a famous alumni made sure they roll into the College Football Playoff National Championship Game in style.

Thanks to former LSU star and current Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., the Tigers received a special gift before Monday night's title game matchup against the Clemson Tigers at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

OBJ gave every player on the football team a pair of Beats by Dre headphones.

Not only did the players receive the headphones, they also got a special message from the three-time Pro Bowler and former first round NFL Draft pick.

"This is your opportunity to leave behind a legacy and write yourself into the history books, not just as the undefeated national champions but as legends. You're here for a reason, now make it count.

"Best of luck men! #GEAUXTIGERS"

— Odell Beckham Jr.

Led by head coach Ed Orgeron and Heisman Trophy winner Joe Burrow, the LSU Tigers have looked unstoppable all season long. They won in Alabama. They took home the SEC Championship. They destroyed any team that came into Baton Rouge. They handled the Oklahoma Sooners with ease.

It's hard to envision this team slipping up during the national title game on ESPN.

The entire college football world will be watching. It's about that time to see who will be crowned this year's champions of college football.

There's no doubt who Odell Beckham Jr. will be rooting for on game day.
