After announcing on Sunday that tight end Michael Irvin II had been "suspended indefinitely", Miami head coach Mark Richt announced on Tuesday that Irvin would be available to play on Saturday at North Carolina.

Richt did not officially announce the suspension until Sunday, but Irvin did sit out last Saturday's game against Syracuse.
"[Irvin] just hasn't done what's he's supposed to do off the field and until he does, we won't let him play," Richt said on Sunday. However, Richt said on Tuesday that Irvin is now "out of the doghouse" and will be on the sidelines this coming Saturday.
It was the second time that Irvin had been suspended, as he was suspended for last year's Russell Athletic Bowl.
Irvin, the son of NFL Hall of Famer and Miami alumnus Michael Irvin, has just three catches this season for 39 yards. He was a three-star recruit of the 2016 class.
