
A wide receiver for the West Virginia Mountaineers is in trouble with the law after his early morning arrest.

Simms, was a three-star prospect coming out of high school and a Maryland Consensus All-State First Team, according to his bio on the West Virginia website.
The Dominion Post reported that Simms was stopped for a broken tail light when the arrest occurred.
Simms caught six passes for 96 yards and a touchdown, and was expected to play a much bigger role with the team as a sophomore.
