
Texas native Mannie Netherly has been committed to LSU since June, but still took his official visits and could have backed out when Les Miles was fired. However, after taking those visits and seeing Coach O in action, he's decided that the Tigers were the right choice all along.

The 6'2", 183-pound receiver is the No. 36 receiver in the class of 2017 according to 247Sports. Netherly had offers from Alabama, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida and Georgia among many others.
