
If LSU fans are hoping for another quarterback any time soon, they are going to have to keep looking.
Three-star pro-style quarterback Anthony Russo (6-foot-4, 221 pounds, Warminster, Pa.) was a target for LSU, but Russo has spurned the Tigers and will be heading to in-state Temple.
Per a source, former Rutgers commit and current Archbishop Wood QB Anthony Russo has spurned LSU interest and committed to Temple.

While LSU has the No. 1 rated recruiting class for 2016 according to 247Sports, they still do not have a quarterback in that class ever since recruit Feleipe Franks flipped his commitment from LSU to Florida.
While quarterback Brandon Harris had some big games for LSU in 2015, he still showed that the school could use another quarterback to complement running back Leonard Fournette. Harris only had a 53-percent completion rate in 2015, throwing for 13 touchdowns against six interceptions.
