Louisville quarterback and former Heisman Trophy winner Lamar Jackson is likely to declare for the 2018 NFL Draft.
However, ESPN College GameDay's Lee Corso believes he should return to the Cardinals for his senior season instead.
During Saturday's Championship Drive broadcast, Corso called Jackson "the most complete quarterback ever to play the game" statistically and said he should "try to win the Heisman a second time," adding, "if he comes back, he'll win the Heisman next year."
Jackson won the Heisman as a sophomore in 2016. He led Louisville to a 9-4 (7-1 ACC) record while throwing for 3,543 yards, 30 touchdowns and nine interceptions on 230-of-409 passing, as well as rushing for 1,571 yards and 21 touchdowns on 260 attempts.
As a junior, he recorded 3,489 yards, 25 touchdowns and six interceptions on 241-of-399 passing, as well as 1,443 yards and 17 scores on 208 rushing attempts, finishing third in the Heisman vote.
Jackson would likely be the favorite to win the award once again should he return for his senior season, but an NFL career seems much more enticing at this point.
