This college basketball season has been absolutely insane. There have been upsets seemingly every week and there hasn't been one dominant team like there was last year in Kentucky. The ACC is pretty open after Louisville's upset of UNC and the Big Ten has a few strong contenders as well in Iowa, Michigan State, Maryland, and Indiana.
The Las Vegas SuperBook released its odds of which teams would win the National Championship and it clearly demonstrates how there's no one favorite to win it all.
Odds to win NCAA hoops title @LVSuperBook:
UNC 6/1
Kansas 7/1
Mich St 8/1
OU 10/1
Maryland 12/1
Nova 12/1
Duke 15/1
Louisville 15/1
UK 18/1

The Blue Devils have been mediocre at best without Amile Jefferson, but are still being given pretty good odds to win. Jefferson will come back eventually, but the sooner the better for the Blue Devils as they just fell out of the AP Top 25 for the first time since 2007.
