Green is a 6'5", 319-pound Class of 2019 recruit out of Humble, Texas. He was committed to LSU for more than a year, deciding on the Tigers on December 11, 2016.

Since his commitment, he's received offers from the likes of Florida State, Alabama, Notre Dame, Florida, Texas A&M, UCLA and Georgia.

He's ranked as the No. 9 overall recruit in the country, No. 2 at his position and No. 1 in the state of Texas, per 247sports.
