FitzPatrick, the No. 34 TE in his class, adds another big-time option for Jacob Eason or Jake Fromm to work with in Athens, GA. for the next couple of seasons. Tight ends have fared well at Georgia, with Isaac Nauta being the latest example.
FitzPatrick had other offers from Alabama, Tennessee, Auburn, Florida, South Carolina and more that included 48 overall.
Georgia may be on their way to becoming Tight End University with how much talent they've added at this position in recent years.
