Former Alabama National Champion tragically passes away at age 46

Former Alabama defensive lineman and National Champion Jeremy Nunley has passed away at age 46. Former Alabama defensive lineman and National Champion Jeremy Nunley has passed away at age 46. Former teammate Mark McMillian made the announcement via Twitter:

Nunley was on the 1992 National Championship team and eventually became a second-round pick in the 1994 NFL Draft. He spent three seasons in the league and his last one was with the expansion Carolina Panthers team. He also was with the Houston Oilers for two seasons as well.

According to Aaron Suttles of TideSports.com, Nunley is survived by hiss wife Marti and two daughters.
