Nicholas Petit-Frere is a four-star offensive tackle in the class of 2018 and he's got over 25 offers to play Division-I football next year. The 6'6", 260-pound OT might have a bunch of offers, but there is really only one that has "humbled" him as he told 247Sports.
He went to Tuscaloosa for the Alabama spring game and came away impressed as well as humbled by the offer they have given to them. "What I got from the spring game is that they're interested in me and they think I'm a good player," Petit-Frere said. "I'm glad that they think that. I'm very humbled."
The No. 5 OT and No. 12 recruit in the state of Florida, according to 247Sports, is down to a 50-50 choice between Florida and Notre Dame as per the 247Sports crystal ball. But it sounds like the Crimson Tide could be making a leap into the top choices for the young man.
