There could be a lot of fallout in college football after a week filled with a ton of upsets and major losses. For now, though, it looks like we have our first head coaching change.
Football Scoop first reported that Holy Cross is moving on from head coach Tom Gilmore after 14 seasons. Holy Cross later announced the move to be official.

The straw that broke the camel's back appears to be a 32-0 loss at Yale on Saturday that dropped Holy Cross to a 2-5 record on the season. Gilmore had a 72-81 record during his tenure with Holy Cross, all of which was spent as a member of the Patriot League in the FCS.
While that record doesn't sound great for a coach with a 14-year tenure, Gilmore had turned around the Holy Cross program when he took over the school in 2004. The Crusaders had losing seasons in 10 of 11 years prior to Gilmore taking over, and Gilmore eventually led the school to seven consecutive winning seasons between 2005 and 2011. Things have fallen quickly since then, though, as Holy Cross is looking at having a losing record for the fifth time since 2011.
