Amador Rebollero (aka Jose Ramos) was sentenced to five years in prison in August stemming from a bathroom fight at a San Francisco 49ers game last October.
But his brother Dario has now been sentenced to a significantly lesser sentence — just 30 days in jail and three years probation for a felony assault charge, per Kron4.com.
Amador knocked out a man after being nudged in the bathroom, causing bleeding of the brain and him to undergo surgery to remove part of his skull to relieve swelling, per SFGate.com. Dario then proceeded to beat up a second victim who was trying to stop Amador.
