He made his commitment on ESPNU at the Hoop Hall Classic and it is believed to have come down to Texas and Duke. It looks like he'll be making one of those teams very happy:

He gives the Longhorns a true point guard next season, which is something they desperately need and is a great pick up for Shaka Smart who needed a big commitment to get some other dominoes to fall down the road. Duke is still in the hunt for Trevon Duval out of the IMG Academy who is a five-star PG.
