Four-star tight end Zech Byrd was expected to sign with the Florida Gators on Wednesday, but it looks like he won't be signing with anyone. At least for now. He's been committed to the Gators since August, but won't be able to sign today according to Duane Rankin of the Montgomery Advertiser.
When asked about why he wouldn't sign, Byrd just said that he didn't want to talk about it. ESPN has the 6'6", 240-pound tight end rated as the No. 10 TE in the class and No. 19 recruit in the state of Alabama.
