It's very possible Tennessee's awful weekend just got worse. 247Sports writer Barton Simmons once wrote that he believed Kongbo would net the most sacks among newcomers in 2016. He later compared Kongbo to Robert Nkemdiche.

According to 247sports, Tennessee staff members are not aware Kongbo leaving the program.

The 6'6", 270-pound Kongbo committed to Tennessee over offers from Florida State, Alabama and others.
