To Steele, Michigan and North Carolina are the two Power 5 teams that he thinks are the most overrated as of now. Steele has essentially the same reason for why both are in that position right now: while the two schools have done well the past two seasons, both teams return very few starters from last year's squads. Michigan defense took a big hit due to the NFL Draft, while North Carolina's versatile offense took a big hit with their top three playmakers heading to the pros.

However, Jim Harbaugh and Larry Fedora have proven themselves to be fantastic coaches in the past. They may be able too harvest a great season despite the setbacks, but fans might want to be a little careful before they put their money where their mouths are.
