For anyone who doesn't like Miami's expensive turnover chain or thinks Boise State's turnover throne is too lame, start following Georgia Southern head coach Chad Lunsford. He is college football's celebration king right now.
A month after the first-year head coach showed up to a fraternity and started slamming chairs like it was the WWE, he continued the party Thursday night when the Georgia Southern Eagles upset the previously unbeaten and No. 25 Appalachian State Mountaineers, 34-14, at Allen E. Paulson Stadium in Statesboro, Georgia.
It was Eagles' first win over the Mountaineers since 2014 and the program's first-ever win over an AP Top 25 team.
So, naturally, Lunsford had more chair slams and people's elbows ready to go when the team celebrated in the home locker room.

It sure looked like the 41-year-old Lunsford, an Elberton, Georgia native, was having a blast after the historic win, one that saw quarterback Shai Werts rush for 127 yards and the defense force five turnovers in rainy conditions, but this has been going on all season.
Lunsford crowd surfed after a big win over Texas State earlier this month.

He followed it up the next week by crowd surfing and doing a pull up on a locker room pipe when the Eagles beat New Mexico State to become bowl eligible.

Say what you want about Lunsford's energetic style, but don't you dare call it ineffective. Georgia Southern has won five-straight games and sits at 7-1 overall, including 4-0 in the Sun Belt Conference.
The Eagles' only loss came at No. 2 Clemson on September 15.
So this absolutely works and the players have bought in. Lunsford has this team playing the right way heading into next week's road trip to Louisiana-Monroe.
Don't be surprised if there are more celebrations there, too.
