The WWE cruiserweight division is going to get some much-needed reinforcements with Cedric Alexander reportedly returning to WWE television.
Although he wasn't on Monday Night Raw, Sportskeeda is reporting to the former ROH star will be on 205 Live Tuesday night.
Since a very positive showing in the CWC, Alexander's WWE run has been kind of a letdown — first by being placed in a storyline with Alicia Fox and Noam Dar, only to follow that with an injury that would sideline him for several months.
Still, Alexander is one of the youngest guys on the roster — still just 27-years-old — so there is still lots of time to figure out how to use him and integrate him back into the cruiserweight scene on 205 Live.
It should be interesting to see how WWE creative elects to reintroduce him to the WWE audience, as he has already shown he can work with Cruiserweight champion Neville very effectively.
