On the April 25th episode of Monday Night Raw, the WWE paid tribute to late wrestler Joanie Laurer, also known as Chyna, who passed away last Thursday at the age of 45.

Accompanied by heartfelt tweets from some of the WWE's biggest stars, the tribute showcased Chyna's rise as one of the founding members of stable D-Generation X as well as her many accomplishments in the ring, including being the first and only female wrestler to win an Intercontinental Championship.
Despite reservations that the tribute was more than two hours into the show rather than at the top of the broadcast like most tributes, many appreciated the video package.
Kudos to @WWE for the classy tribute to @ChynaJoanLaurer. She deserved it.

Others, however, felt like the WWE didn't do enough to honor Chyna's legacy.
@WWE @DeweyHaveTo She deserved much more than that. Disgraceful.

@WWE u call that a tribute? that video was thrown together in 5 mins I bet; y'all can't even honor the dead in a more respectful way; sad

@WWE WWE should be ashamed of themselves. Chyna did her best to reach out to you guys and bury the hatchet but you didn't respond until now?
— Kev Brock (@KBrocking) April 26, 2016
@WWE is that it! No show of respect on the top stage like you've done for every other superstar that passed away. For shame wwe, for shame
