James was understandably shaken up on the play and required a few moments to gather himself again. Stephenson and James have a bit of a history as Stephenson infamously blew into James' ear during a playoff series a few years ago.

Blowing into his ear is one thing, but to hit him in the groin is another. Of course, that wasn't the only pain James suffered on Wednesday, as the Cavaliers lost their fifth consecutive game by a 124-107 score.
