As a situational pass rusher last season, Alabama's Tim Williams racked up 10.5 sacks over 11 games, leading to a late first-round or early second-round grade, per AL.com.
Williams decided to return for his senior year, and that already has USC offensive coordinator Tee Martin game-planning against the linebacker for the team's September matchup, per AL.com:
"He's a great player," said Martin, who joined The Opening Kickoff on WNSP-FM 105.5 on Thursday in Mobile, Alabama. "We're excited about the opportunity."
"He's phenomenal," he said. "Obviously, you have to have a plan for him. In our league, there are guys like that, but not exactly like him. He's pretty special. It's a great opportunity for our guys in the first game."
USC has yet to name a starting quarterback, but that won't stop Williams from haunting the coach's dreams months ahead of time.
