One of Florida's best defenders makes decision on his football future

Florida junior defensive tackle Taven Bryan has had a rough, but still strong career with the Gators. He has never finished out a full season because of injuries, but he has decided not to take any more chances and has officially declared for the 2018 NFL Draft.

The 6-foot-5, 293-pound tackle has the size to play in the NFL, but his stats aren't quite where scouts and teams would like them to be. However, if he shows out at the NFL Combine in February then he could certainly create some buzz and move up in the draft.

He finished his Florida career with one forced fumble, three fumble recoveries, one interception, 62 total tackles, 5.5 sacks and 10.5 tackles for loss.
