Robert Griffin III has just not had the best of luck in his short career, especially when it comes to injuries. That's what essentially cost him the job in Washington and now it could have cost him the job in Cleveland. An injury in the pre-season kept him from earning the starting job and now another injury could mean the end of his tenure.
