And this is why Oregon is the big brother in the state. The Ducks would have never had construction going on for a spring game and would have gotten it done pretty quick in the offseason. That pick-12 —- the rules were changed since there was only one workable end zone —- has had the most interesting offseason though after there were mammoth bones found there after crews started digging.
