Owen Pappoe is the top outside linebacker in the class of 2019 and has 40 offers to play football already. He recently dropped a top ten list that included FSU, Florida, Ohio State, LSU, Tennessee, Clemson, Georgia, Alabama, Nebraska and Auburn on it. However, he's apparently got that list whittled down to three.

He told 247Sports that he knows which three schools he likes best, but he wouldn't reveal them and he even said that he could commit at any given time.
"It could happen tomorrow, just however I'm feeling," Pappoe said. "There will be no top five, top three, a decision is just going to happen."
For what it's worth, he did say this about his secret three schools though:
"The schools in my top three I already know I'm going to be good football-wise, so it's really just my comfort level outside of football. Am I going to like the campus and the people, stuff like that."
He doesn't have any official visits planned, but Pappoe is going to Clemson's All-In Cookout later this month. He was also there in early June with teammates and was there for the Louisville game in 2016. He also holds offers from Miami, Michigan, Notre Dame and Penn State among plenty of others.
